Introducing the “Imperial Candelabra” by Eichholtz, inspired by the grandeur of a Greek marble column (c. 300 BCE) from the Temple of Artemis at Sardis.
With a brushed brass finish and smoky glass elements, the candelabra’s design evokes the monumentality of the fluted Ionic column in The Met’s collection, which once stood 58 feet (approx. 17.7 m) tall in its original location. This candelabra combines ancient history with modern luxury, illuminating your space with a touch of elegance and sophistication.INSPIRATION
The Imperial Candelabra is inspired by a marble column (c. 300 BCE) from the Temple of Artemis at Sardis, a centerpiece of The Met’s collection of Greek and Roman art. The massive section of a fluted Ionic column, which stood over 58 feet (approx. 17.7 m) tall in its original location, features delicate plant carvings on its capital—a unique feature among the temple’s surviving columns. This candelabra has elegant fluted elements as a tribute to the column’s details, and is crafted from smoky glass and a brushed brass finish.
