We started from the real prices of in-stock products in the Tasi Home Studio catalogue on 20 October 2026, at three levels: essential, mid-range and premium. The essential option uses the 180 cm Milan Full 3D tree (780 lei) and 5 sets of 12 red 7 cm baubles (79 lei per set). The topper is a 99 lei star, and the skirt is the 1 m jute one (199 lei). The lights are warm white LED strings: in the essential and mid-range options, one 10 m string (179 lei) and one 5 m string (149 lei); in the premium option, three 10 m strings.

What weighs most in the budget?

How can you reduce the cost of a decorated tree?
You save the most on baubles: combine simple sets for volume with a few special pieces on show.

We used the prices of active, in-stock products on tasi.ro on 20 October 2026, including VAT, without discounts and excluding delivery.
- Items included: the artificial tree, baubles, fairy lights, topper and skirt. We did not include decorative garlands, ribbons, flowers, figurines or a rotating stand, which vary a lot from one home to another.
- Quantities come from our guide how many baubles and lights for your tree: 33–50 baubles and about 8 m of lights per metre of height. For 180 cm we took 60 baubles for the essential option, 75 for the mid-range and 90 for the premium; for 250 cm, 80, 100 and 125. Lights: 15 m for 180 cm and 20 m for 250 cm, doubled in the premium option.
- The essential option uses the cheapest in-stock product in each category. For baubles, the lowest price per piece: the set of 12 red 7 cm baubles, at 79 lei.
- The mid-range option uses the median price of in-stock products in each category: half the products are cheaper, half more expensive. For 180 cm trees, for example, the median of the 6 models in stock is 975 lei.
